Unicorn Dash 5K | $30 adult, $15 child

This event is a fundraiser hosted by Active 20-30 Club, Gold Rush #1034, a non-profit organization run by volunteers and 100% of funds collected go towards children in need in El Dorado County.

DETAILS

Unicorn Dash 5K will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2019. Come express your inner Unicorn, contests will be held for teams and individuals! You may run or walk during the Unicorn Dash. The event will begin at the El Dorado Trailhead just off of Mosquito Road. It will turn around at Smith Flat Road and finish where you started. Parking is available at Placerville Station. Please check in is at the main booth in front of the Placerville Station. The race begins at 9am, and runners will be instructed to start first. The path is a narrow trail, so at the turn around the trail will be split into two directions (east and west). Please be mindful of other Unicorns and stay beautiful by following the directions posted that day.

Day of details:

7am-8am: Set up (vendor tables, trail chalk, signs)

8am-9am: Unicorn Dash check-in

9am: Unicorn Dash begins

10am: Finish time

10am-10:30am: Awards (best unicorn costumes), snacks

11am: clean up
